As part of EPAM's FlexPod team, led design initiatives across Thomson Reuters' ecosystem of products for legal professionals, researchers, and tax accountants. Working with 15 different product teams on approximately 20 projects over two years, delivered end-to-end design solutions that significantly improved user experience and product performance.

Projects typically followed a 4–10 week timeline; each engagement went through a full design-process cycle to ensure comprehensive problem-solving:

• –Planning — stakeholder interviews, problem definition, project scoping.
• –Research — user interviews, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluation.
• –Testing — interview guides, usability testing, analysis, report, report read-out, action items list.
• –Design exploration — concept development, prototyping, design reviews.
• –Finalization & Delivery — high-fidelity designs, iterations based on feedback, design documentation.
• –A11Y — accessibility annotations.

Over the last year and a half, delivered more than 20 unique projects — from bill handling platforms to AI-generated suggestions for legal updates, to data visualization for analytical data, etc.
