01 · About
About 20 projects with 15 product teams in two years
I was the key designer on EPAM's FlexPod team, working across Thomson Reuters' products for legal professionals, researchers, and tax accountants. Over two years I ran about 20 projects with 15 different product teams. On my projects I owned discovery, concepts, and the final UI, working alongside a researcher, a content strategist, and an accessibility specialist.

Projects typically ran 4 to 10 weeks, and each one went through the full design cycle:

The work ranged from bill handling platforms to AI-generated suggestions for legal updates and data visualization for analytical dashboards. Two of those projects show how I run a full cycle:
04 · What I owned
The whole cycle, from requirements to accessible handoff
On my projects I covered the whole cycle: requirements and user interviews, concepts and prototypes, usability testing, and the final UI. As the key designer I set the design direction the second designer on the team worked from. Interface copy was written with the content strategist, and accessibility annotations were prepared with the accessibility specialist before handoff.
