Bio

I'm a Lead designer based in Warsaw, Poland. Most recently at EPAM Systems, I've led design initiatives for Thomson Reuters, reimagining their security dashboards and legal platforms used by thousands of professionals daily. Before that, I designed mySchneider app to make electrical calculation for 100,000+ users in 180 countries easier and redesigned British Telecom's business landing pages. I thrive both working solo and leading teams, adapting to whatever the project needs. Beyond client projects, I lead the communication stream for our 80-ppl design studio, empowering knowledge sharing and community building.

When I'm not behind the Figma screens you can find me… watching the endless horizon of the Atlantic Ocean, speeding through Warsaw on my bike, catching inspiration at design conferences, brainstorming creative side projects, barely surviving Muay Thai sessions, questioning how I even got this far into the mountains or climbing colorful plastic obstacles like they're life quests.

I also mentor other designers. I conduct long-term mentorship and one-time consultations: portfolio prep, mocking interviews, navigating career transitions, UX methodology and design systems.
